At Xport Style, we want you to love your handbag! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below for clear instructions on how to return or exchange your items.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective handbags, subject to the following conditions:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Handbags must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.
- Signs of Wear: No visible wear, damage, or alterations to the product.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized products, hygiene items, and final sale products are non-returnable.
How to Return an Item:
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Reach out to Customer Service at support@xportstyle.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Details: Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: We’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
- Secure Packaging: Repack the handbag securely in its original packaging.
- Return Shipping: Ship your return using a trackable mail service (recommended). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return is inspected.
- Refund Amount: You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping fees, unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
- Condition of Return: If the item is returned damaged, worn, or missing tags, your refund may be denied, and the item will be sent back to you at your cost.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect handbag, we apologize for the inconvenience! Please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Immediately email support@xportstyle.com with your order number and photos of the defect or incorrect item.
- Return Process: We will arrange for a prepaid return label and either a replacement or full refund.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Xport Style.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Personalized or customized handbags (unless defective).
- Final sale items (marked as such on the product page).
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: For most returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Free Return Shipping: Xport Style covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
Restocking Fee
- No Restocking Fee will be charged for regular returns.
- Restocking Fees (up to 20%) may apply for custom or special-order handbags returned in a non-defective state.
How to Track Your Return
Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Refunds typically take 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
